Today is our big Christmas cooking day

Today was very busy because 

I had to finish my book

Write my summary for my book

Do math homework

Go to the choir concert

and tennis practice where I rolled my ankle 

I was running to get a ball and I didn't see the ball in front of me and of course rolled my ankle

When that happened I heard the sound of it twisting/rolling is was not very cool

now my poor ankle is raped up and hurting when I walk on it. 

:(

Other than that I had a very good day

Is DeWitt is unofficial birthday because 

he had a scorer game on the day of his real 

birthday The 10th so we are celebrating it tomorrow

I got to pick my topic because dad is in charge

and then we come and make DeWitt's breakfast for his "birthday"

 We had to spray paint 500 puzzle pieces with gold spray paint yesterday

we made this for mutual last night because mom was in charge :)

Dear December

Dear December,

I’m so glad that you have finally come to bring us the Christmas season .

This is starting off as a very cold month.And I'm parochially glad because you get to cuddle in your blankets and drink hot chocolate and we get to use our fire place :)

I'm going to do a Christmas countdown until Christmas Which is going to be really cool.

Now that thanksgiving is over it is now legal to get into Christmas mood so free to

Right now (6:07 am) it is 19 degrees

that is the coldest temp. so far during the day time

I'm very excited but very cold

Poor mom she is running in this cold weather right now

hopefully she has a jacket or even more

We ate with of course mom dad Allison dallin Dewitt me and Polly but we also had grandma sherry , and grandma and grandpa over for our epic feast :)

we enjoyed each others company and also enjoyed passing along the "thankful jar"

it was such a cool idea ... hearing what every one was thankful was so cool and just brought the thanksgiving season into the rest of the day

(the jar had pink cards that we wrote on every morning before school that said of course what we where thankful for that day,we had many spiritual things,funny things,inside jokes, and a lot for food comments because we wrote them during breakfast :)

we all worked very hard this morning getting every thing together for lunch and then after words we quickly cleaned every thing up so we can go to sleep and enjoy the rest of the day

and to recuperate from after all that food.

now every one ether is reading sleeping by the fire or what I'm doing....

I can't wait for tomorrow we get to like traditional hike to the peak of mt.Graham

it is going to take all day to get there and back

and a whole lot of energy

but

it is so worth the work the next day after you are done and off the mountain :)

Fall Shadows
