Thankful list

Since Thanksgiving is on thursday I thought that I should make a thankful list.

these are simple things that make up the huge things in life

Frosting/Polly

Rylie was making Grandmas birthday cake and Polly was wanting some of the left over frosting so like Polly would do ....she grabs all of it and starts putting it all over her face.She had a very long and enjoying time playing with the frosting that was now all over face.. Oh how I love Polly and all of the wonderious things she does.She always makes me laugh!!

a unexpected run into of Katherine Nelson

This weekend there was a Nashville tribute band ( to Joseph Smith and others)/Due West concert.This is the first time I have seen the tribute band but no the due west concert.It was very cool and they played some really spiritual and fun up beat songs. Anyway we where asked if we would host four of the people from the band/techies . So we went to the concert and it started and all the players walked out and Rylie and I ,where wondering why this lady looked very familiar,Rylie added that she looked like Emma, Joseph Smiths wife off the movie Emma Smith:My story.. http://www.emmasmithmovie.com/

Later on in the concert she for sure had to be Katherine Nelson (Emma).And then the awesome concert ended and mom and dad and polly waited for them ,While me Allison and Dewitt where supposed to go home but Dewitt forgot to give something to his friend back inside so we where waiting in the car for him then we decided to drive a little ways and see what his reaction would be because his car was gone.He got mad so we had to go pick him up...(it was just a joke sorry Dewitt). ANY WAY sorry I got side tracked. We came home and dad mom and polly came home right after us but they didn't have the people. And they said that they where coming later because they had to get every thing together.

So we waited and waited until 12:30 am. in the morning for them to finally come. They all walked in and that lady was there... WAIT----- I forgot we did finally find out who she was .... and she was the girl off of the Joseph Smith movie !!!!!!

We first introduced our self of course and then we got to take lot and lots of pictures of course because a actress was in our home.And she was going to sleep in my room.Ya thats right haha. By now it was almost 1:00am.So I had to get to bed but they where going to be at our house for most of the part tomorrow.

I woke up and they where all still sleeping because they got to sleep in and not go to school.I was just wondering around waiting for her to wake up so we can actually talk to her. Pause the night before they asked my mom what her schedule was and she said she was going to go running at 5:30 in the morning,but i guess Katherine really wanted too just not that early so they decided to go together around 9:00 I asked my mom if i could stay home from my first couple classes and run with them.She kindly agreed and thought this is a once in a life time chance... when are we going to have a actress (more like Katherine Nelson ) staying with us...!!

So we got ready and started running towards the trail.More like speed walking because we wanted to talk to her... we asked her many questions and she kindly answered every signal one..

QUESTIONS ASKED (some of them at least)

- do you have any kids ...." yes she said she had 4 kids, two girls and two boys the oldest is 10 and the youngest is 2."

- Did you shot all of the senses at the original places.... " No not really but a lot of them we did like when emma was saying good bye to Joseph write by the river before he went to carthlige jail... that was in Canada , and then some other places like the Nowell K. Whitney store was a set that was of course set up for them and just other things like that I forgot the rest that she said.

- We asked her things like how she got started playing the part of emma she said.... I haven't even taught about acting at all, but one day she was sitting on the couch holding her daughter and asked her self "what if I was in the next "liberty production" movie... an hour later her friend that was in the business of liberty productions called her and said that they where making a movie about Emma Smith and was wondering if she was interested in playing her.

we asked her other simple things that i don't really remember.

Katherine Nelson was just a VERY down to earth person that was glad that she can come to a small town "Safford Az" she said it was good to get away from the cookie cutter homes and with so many different people every where... she has a huge testimony and very spiritual and very fun and loving . I'm so thankful that she came down to play in the amazing concert and hang out with us ,it feels like I've known her for a long time. I will never forget her an the many touching and funny things she said...

P.s I got some pictures with her that i will try to post tomorrow.!!

To day I...

This is suppose to represent school
Today during school,we watched hocus pocus in choir ,then I found out that I only missed one on my science test,then went to math and took a test and I think I did really good compared to what I have been doing before this year.and then... I went to lunch and had a awesome PB & J sandwich that had to much jelly and not enough peanut butter it was more of an J... sandwich. Then I purposely squished a bee but I didn't think when I did it, I felt really bad and sort of like a 30 -second air head but it did live. And theses two boys who I do not know where playing battleship or something weird,and they hit me on the shoulder it was not so cool.So today has been turning out to be a pretty ligetiment day. And tonight Me Polly and DeWitt are going to the african safari crazy acrobats concert.

Buttons ...

My Grandma sherry had a whole jar of buttons sitting in her storage room so I asked her if I could borrow a few buttons but instead she gave me the whole jar I was so excited ...I have so may cool ideas to do with them . My first project that I made at 10:00pm last night was a button head band which I love.

Me and my cousin Rylie didn't remember that we had a half -a -day at school.So...we walked down to main street on a beautiful rainy day,and went thrift store shopping { I got the cutest shoes ever that I have been wearing almost every day since I got them} and then we ran into this cool beaten down gate which is the best.And we spent along time taking pictures.

O how i love Safford ...it has so many cool things that other people think are (trash). But not me haha
